Talent Odyssey Supports the Aviation Industry in Europe
Talent Odyssey actively supports the development of the aviation industry across Europe by recruiting top specialists. We collaborate with most institutions that train aircraft mechanics and avionics technicians in Poland, as well as with many educational centers across Europe. For 20 years, we have been present in the aviation sector, providing comprehensive end-to-end training and recruitment services for our partners throughout Europe.
According to forecasts, by 2042, 769,000 new aviation technicians will be needed worldwide. In Europe alone, there is already a shortage of tens of thousands of qualified aircraft mechanics and avionics technicians. Meanwhile, in 2025, Polish schools are expected to graduate only 500 students in these fields, highlighting the importance of supporting aviation education and developing future industry professionals.

Talent Odyssey as an Event Partner
As part of our partnership, we are providing prizes for the winners, including a high-tech DJI Mini 4 Pro Fly More Combo drone, which will be awarded on March 7 during the competition finals.
The awards will be presented by Michał Ratajczak, co-founder of Talent Odyssey and the person responsible for developing our aviation department. We will also be present at the event, documenting the competition and sharing updates on our social media channels.
