What You’ll Be Doing:

• Talent Sourcing: Identifying and attracting top candidates from the market
• Candidate Communication: Reaching out to candidates via phone and email
• Interview Scheduling: Coordinating recruitment meetings
• Candidate Profiling: Preparing potential employees for interviews
• Performance Reporting: Keeping track of and reporting on recruitment results
