Agustín joined us with a strong desire to grow, but without previous international experience. Through Talent Odyssey, he secured his first role abroad — in Corfu, Greece — working with one of our trusted partners. The experience turned out to be a success for everyone: for Agustín, for the hotel, and for us as his recruitment and support team.

During his first season working in a luxury hotel, Agustín not only developed new skills but also built strong professional relationships and left a lasting positive impression.
He worked at the Fresco Restaurant at Ikos Odisia, where he found a team that embraced him, supported him, and helped him grow every day.

I am very grateful to Antonella Herrero at Talent Odyssey for helping me find my job at Ikos Odisia and for following up on how I felt during my stay on the island of Corfu.
It was a season where I learned many things I didn’t know and where I was able to apply previous knowledge to create a wonderful experience. Together with my colleagues, I feel we delivered a high-quality and professional service where enjoyment was paramount.

This is my first experience at Ikos, and I greatly value the experience I gained.
