🛳️ Tour Expert

As a Tour Expert, you’ll be the face of the cruise when it comes to guest excursions and destination experiences. You’ll:

• Advise passengers on tours and local activities
  
  

• Sell excursion packages
  
  

• Manage bookings and customer inquiries
  
  

• Share local knowledge with enthusiasm
  
  

This role is perfect for someone who loves travel, has strong communication skills (in English), and enjoys working with people from all walks of life.

🛍️ Shop Manager

The Shop Manager oversees the onboard retail experience — from perfumes to fashion, souvenirs to snacks. You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing inventory and visual displays
  
  

• Leading a small international sales team
  
  

• Ensuring sales targets are met
  
  

• Providing exceptional customer service
  
  

Ideal for someone with retail or hospitality leadership experience, commercial sense, and energy to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
