Our team has an average of 13 years of professional work on an international scale in human resources, hospitality and travel and tourism. Make no mistake, we don’t lack a bit in terms of experience. We have led, owned and worked in the industries we recruit for.

Michał Ratajczak is a renowned expert in aviation and business, with over 20 years of experience spanning various roles in the aviation, logistics, and training sectors. His career combines strategic leadership in international organizations, entrepreneurial ventures, and a significant contribution to the development of the aviation industry in Poland.
Michał established the first Authorized Training Center of the International Air Transport Association (IATA ATC) in Poland, which, under his leadership, trained over 600 individuals. The center became a leading partner for universities and aviation schools, providing certified IATA training programs in aviation management, the transportation of dangerous goods, and AMADEUS reservation systems. Additionally, he co-founded one of Poland’s first Unmanned Aircraft Training Centers, which, over nearly a decade, has trained more than 1,000 drone pilots. The center is recognized as a leader among similar institutions, supplying specialized personnel for the needs of aviation organizations, the military, police, special forces, and a broad range of businesses
At the request of the Ministry of National Education, he actively contributed to the development of educational programs for aviation-related professions.
Currently, Michał leverages his extensive experience by co-founding and managing Talent Odyssey, a premium recruitment agency. He is responsible for establishing and developing the Aviation Recruitment and Training Department, which supports the aviation and transport industries by providing top-tier talent.
He is a graduate of the Aviation High School and holds a Master’s degree in Aviation from the War Studies University. From an early age, he actively participated in organizing international aviation competitions and air shows, gaining valuable experience as a volunteer.
His professional journey reflects his passion, innovation, and unwavering pursuit of excellence in the aviation sector.
Vyron Loupasis is an experienced leader in the aviation, hospitality and business management industries, with over 20 years of professional experience. His career spans strategic roles in international organizations as well as the development of his own business ventures.
For 10 years (2011–2021), Vyron was associated with the International Air Transport Association (IATA), where he held the position of Regional Sales Director for Europe, Russia, and the CIS countries. During this time, he led the commercial and sales operations of IATA’s training institute, coordinating a team of 17 employees with a sales target of $33 million.
Previously, as an Assistant for Mobilization and Reporting (2011) at IATA, he supported project teams and local offices of the organization (80 offices worldwide) in the execution of operational projects.
Currently, Vyron serves as the co-founder and the operational lead of Talent Odyssey, a recruitment and talent management company based in Athens. Talent Odyssey specializes in delivering high-quality tailor made recruitment solutions for the hospitality and aviation industries.
Vyron holds a Master’s degree in Development Economics from Oxford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from Royal Holloway, University of London.
With his extensive experience in the aviation sector and expertise in managing large teams, Vyron is recognized as an expert in developing business strategies and optimizing operational processes.

Our legal entity and our sales head are based in Limassol, Cyprus. A vibrant, modern, on the beach city that has become the home of scores of young talented professionals that work remotely. Cyprus has to offer among the most flexible and cost-effective conditions in Europe.
Our team and our associates are all over Europe. We have an office in Chania and in Athens, Greece which is the “place to be or visit”. Our operations team is based in Lublin, Poland. We have training partners in France, Romania, Italy, Austria and Switzerland to name a few. And you guessed it, we are 100% mobile! Yes, mostly we work virtually. As you can imagine, due to the fact that our partners and associates are based all over Europe, sometimes it is a necessity. However, we strive for face to face interactions as much as we can.
Our philosophy is that we need to see, meet and validate the people we work with. We have met in person over 90% of all our employers and this is the percentage we want to maintain, as we believe this is something truly important for our jobseekers.
