Talent Odyssey was founded in January 2022. We are a brand-new company! Our team has an average of 13 years of professional work on an international scale in human resources, hospitality and travel and tourism. Make no mistake, we don’t lack a bit in terms of experience. We have led, owned and worked in the industries we recruit for.
We also believe in the power of ”network”. And our network is solid and across Europe, it is based on transparency, and it is expanding like wildfire. We speak Greek, Polish, French, German, Portuguese and obviously English. Most importantly, we are all dreamers and fighters. Each one of us left home and started from zero to achieve what their heart craves for. Each one of us has their own Odyssey to talk about. Together, we gather all our life experiences and put them to work for you.

Meet the Dream Team.
Our legal entity and our sales head are based in Limassol, Cyprus. A vibrant, modern, on the beach city that has become the home of scores of young talented professionals that work remotely. Cyprus has to offer among the most flexible and cost-effective conditions in Europe.
Our team and our associates are all over Europe. We have an office in Chania and in Athens, Greece which is the “place to be or visit”. Our operations team is based in Lublin, Poland. We have training partners in France, Romania, Italy, Austria and Switzerland to name a few. And you guessed it, we are 100% mobile! Yes, mostly we work virtually. As you can imagine, due to the fact that our partners and associates are based all over Europe, sometimes it is a necessity. However, we strive for face to face interactions as much as we can.
Our philosophy is that we need to see, meet and validate the people we work with. We have met in person over 90% of all our employers and this is the percentage we want to maintain, as we believe this is something truly important for our jobseekers.
