Our Story

Talent Odyssey was founded in January 2022. We are a brand-new company! Our team has an average of 13 years of professional work on an international scale in human resources, hospitality and travel and tourism. Make no mistake, we don’t lack a bit in terms of experience. We have led, owned and worked in the industries we recruit for.

We also believe in the power of ”network”. And our network is solid and across Europe, it is based on transparency, and it is expanding like wildfire. We speak Greek, Polish, French, German, Portuguese and obviously English. Most importantly, we are all dreamers and fighters. Each one of us left home and started from zero to achieve what their heart craves for. Each one of us has their own Odyssey to talk about. Together, we gather all our life experiences and put them to work for you.

Meet the Dream Team. 

Karol

Talent Acquisition Specialist
Karol is our Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will meet him at the start of the recruitment process. He serves as a central point of contact between a candidate and your new potential employer. He has already helped many people to start and boost their careers in hospitality. Besides working as a recruiter, he is passionate about aviation and drones so, he also works as an active UAV Flight Instructor and training coordinator. Karol has a MSc in the field of International Logistics at Maria Curie Sklodowska University in Lublin, Poland, and finished Postgraduate studies in Pedagogics.

Vyron

Founder & Head of Operations
Vyron is our Head of Operations. He orchestrates the different parts of our company and focuses on our expansion. He keeps busy with shaping our policies, procedures and finding ways so we can become better and stronger. He is obsessed with seeing young people achieve their full potential so don’t be surprised if you also meet him during your interview. He is also sensitive with keeping in touch with our clients and helping them achieve strategic goals with regards to their people. Vyron has over 20 years of international experience in Operations, Sales and Management in the Hospitality, Travel&Tourism and Aviation industries. He has a BSc in the field of Economics and Management and an MSc in Economics from the University of Oxford, UK.

Orestis

Head of Sales
Orestis is our Head of Sales. He is constantly in touch with our client network. His aim is to support them by understanding them in detail and then transferring this know how to our team. He is therefore, usually on the road meeting our clients, inspecting their facilities, and discussing their needs He also follows up face to face with our recruits to check on their progress. Very importantly and because he is “on the ground”, he keeps busy matching the right people with the right employer. Orestis has over 15 years of Hospitality experience, in managerial and commercial roles, in luxury properties in Greece and Cyprus in top destinations. He holds a BSc in Management and Marketing from Royal Holloway University of London, UK.

Daria

Recruiter
If you apply today for available job positions, you will probably hear soon from Daria. As a Recruiter, she tries to help both entry-level candidates pursue their hospitality careers and experienced professionals use their full potential. She listens carefully to candidates' stories to connect them with prestigious employers. Daria did a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics with a teaching and translating specialization in English and Spanish at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin.

Loredana

Romanians Operations Director
Loredana is our Business Partner, and Romanian Operations Director involved in both clients' and candidates' processes. She is attentive to details, very keen on improving processes, and ready to support anyone. Loredana has a vast experience of 17 years in managing teams, coaching & training, leadership, recruitment, client management, HR operations, administration, payroll, accountancy, legal procedures, and GDPR. She graduated Babes Bolyai European Administration, in HR Management, as a top student that received a scholarship of the best universities in the world - University of South Carolina and received a Business Certificate authorizing her to be able to offer Business Consultancy to any kind of business, seeing strategies and solutions. She is International Registered Coach, with certificates in HR Inspection, HRMS, and Data Protection. She holds C2 Cambridge Advanced English Certificate.

Iza

Erasmus+ projects specialist
Iza is responsible for Erasmus+ vocational projects for schools. Every step, starting from the first contact with the school and ending with organizing documents, is thoroughly supported by her. Over 6 years of experience in organizing summer holidays for young people financed by local authorities means that she has knowledge in organizing this type of event. Iza earned a hospitality technician degree and graduated MSc in European Studies at John Paul II Catholic University in Lublin.

Andrei

Recruiter
Andrei is an experienced recruiter in hiring professionists in various domains. With a people-orientated perspective, hard working and dedicated for the well-being and satisfaction of the candidate's job offer, he achieve all of those with professionalism, attention to details and good communicative relation with the candidate. The background as Sociology graduated in UBB makes Andrei a charismatic and communicative person and the perfect match to collaborate with.

Our Presence

Our legal entity and our sales head are based in Limassol, Cyprus. A vibrant, modern, on the beach city that has become the home of scores of young talented professionals that work remotely. Cyprus has to offer among the most flexible and cost-effective conditions in Europe.

Our team and our associates are all over Europe. We have an office in Chania and in Athens, Greece which is the “place to be or visit”. Our operations team is based in Lublin, Poland. We have training partners in France, Romania, Italy, Austria and Switzerland to name a few. And you guessed it, we are 100% mobile! Yes, mostly we work virtually. As you can imagine, due to the fact that our partners and associates are based all over Europe, sometimes it is a necessity. However, we strive for face to face interactions as much as we can.

Our philosophy is that we need to see, meet and validate the people we work with. We have met in person over 90% of all our employers and this is the percentage we want to maintain, as we believe this is something truly important for our jobseekers.
